The other player kick the ball just when I was getting it and I receive the full kick in the back of my head. I use to play goal keeper in one of the plays I went for the ball, I manage to get the ball but my head took place of the balls position on the grass. I was playing soccer one Sunday morning, I was 18 or 19. I don't know where I went when I was out, but I do know that I never want to go there again. The entirety of my existence came flooding back to me in a single instant. That I, as a person, was a living being on this earth. I woke up, convulsing on the ground, and the strangest feeling in the world came upon me. The world around me began to shake violently, and the vibrations got continuously more violent until I was finally torn away from whatever that place was.
I became extremely frustrated, knowing that I was about to die if I did not somehow find a way out, and focused even harder than before. I began focusing very hard on escaping, but my efforts seemed to be in vain. I somehow knew that if I didn't get out, I would die. I eventually gained some self-awareness (even though I still had no personal identity), and realized that I had to get out of here. They progressively got worse as time went on. Some of the images I saw were disturbing. I suppose one could say that life flashed before my eyes, but it wasn't my life. However, I cannot identify anything I saw as having come from my own memories. I can't specifically remember any individual image, but I recall that at least some (if not all) of them appeared to be representations of real things within our world. There were thousands of images flashing before me at an incredible rate. I was no longer "me," but rather existed as an anonymous being in a dreamlike limbo state where I simply experienced random things.
I lost awareness of my physical surroundings, and even all aspects of my personal identity. I experienced an NDE after passing out and losing external consciousness. >!insert spoiler here!< Other subreddits you might like: some
